My McAfee product key is not working. What can I do?

There is no option to redeem your retail card at the website you went to

You might have gone to the wrong website to redeem your retail card. The correct website is: https://www.mcafee.com/activate.

You have entered a product key that does not correspond to the country and language you selected

To select your country and language, use the language drop-down list on the Activation website. These details must match the details of the retail card that you purchased.

NOTE: If you do not see the option to select a country or language, contact Customer Support.

Invalid Product Code

You might have typed the product key incorrectly.

Try to type the key again. If you still see the Invalid Product Code error, contact Customer Support.
